41 hours as I type..good Saturday morning...one thing about fasting longer hours...longer you fast..it becomes easier...not hungry at all..I rode yesterday on zwift...did 13 miles in 62 min...at that time I was on hour 18...when I got off bike..was feeling great..

Gonna weigh in ..but have noticed when I fast..I don’t really show big losses...and I also notice that fasting and riding..although I’m getting stronger..the inches are showing more then the pounds..and that’s ok...means my butt will be more comfy with padded shorts on that little seat...

New flat screen was 2 hours away at 4am...it’s 723am now..so should be getting closer by 8am or so..being fedex..I’m sure I’m not only one...I moved the other flat screen by myself yesterday...didn’t know how bad it might bother me...but no problems today..shoulder feels really good..like it needed some extra movement for a change...

Gonna weigh in shortly..then get my morning tea...not sure when I’m breaking my fast...had thought about going for 72 hours..that would be 2pm tomorrow...a lot has to do with my body and how it feels..tea..and electrolytes..and green olive juice is what I’ve been drinking to keep salt and other nutrients up..along with normal supplements I take daily...no more do I head to the kitchen at a certain time...thinking it’s time to eat....it’s now when I’m hungry...

Well..gonna get up..and weigh in..so I can have some tea...still taste like grass to me..but I miss not having it..I do notice..I can drink my tea..and not get tired as bad...if I have coffee...2 hours later..I’m tired..yes it’s got caffeine...so don’t understand that at all...what I really like is mocca...but it’s all sugar...but o boy...I can run circles around an around..

O well...time to get naked....see what the scales say...

Awesome! I say keep fasting and see how long it takes to get the hungries! Wouldn't that be a kick in the pants to get under the 290's?

Lol...they say after 72 hours you don’t really gain on a loss...just saying what I’ve listened to in podcasts...I was looking at my bar...it’s listed in my app for my scales..as1229...I’m thinking that’s what my calories intake needs to be...but not sure...still learning...I have noticed it’s been dropping each time I weigh in...

That is what I like to see. I bit of a loss each time but I know it isn't always going to happen.
