Those are one of the few things I won’t touch! My youngest loves them so she gets them from the other kids and I’m not tempted at all! (Thought you were going to bed?)

i actually had the piece of that tootsie fruity chews in my hand last night and took off the wrapper and took a whiff of it , then threw it in the garbage..I will be surrounded with so much of this Halloween treats this weekend at the Pumpkin Party in our village. Going to be rough to avoid those peanut butter cups.. Stay away from the evil candies!!

Tons of this in my house and I could care less about. The only thing I seek and destroy tends to be the peanut butter cups which I always request to keep away from me.

Ches, those used to be my downfall too! Still like them but can say no easier than other candies. Hubby and my kids are addicted to them. I put candy in baskets, stockings etc and they all request them. I get a bag of small ones and split between the four of them. All gone in less than an hour except for the kid who saves everything like me 😉.

I weigh 195lbs and approximately 5'10". I tend to eat a lot and dont execise a lot since my job I mostly sit all day. I eat two granola bar plus 24 oz coffee plus banana for breakfast, then for lunch eat leftover from dinner previous night. I tend to eat a lot. people say I got very above average metabolism. Early this year I had bad kidney stone and I changed my drinking habit and starting drinking 24 oz water with one drop of lemon juice. what I heard lemon juice is very good cleaning out system. I never want to experience birth pain again from kidney stone.
KayBuckaroo: I also do not eat food after 8pm. The trick for me after dinner be active at home that tend to help burn calories before go to bed. I dont really tend to loss anymore weigh since I always been at 195lbs and kind of comfortable at that weigh. So candy and a lot of sugar items will make it hard to burn weigh if needed to . Kay be strong and dont give up..
