Listening to my morning podcasts of 2 ketodudes...good Saturday morning....no ride yesterday..body said it was tired..I listened an cut grass..been a week..and in places it didn’t even look like it needed it...guess grass is getting close to not needing cut..winter is getting closer...

Today’s plan..ride on zwift or outside..sun is starting to pop up...since my accident..I no longer leave the house on 2 wheels until it’s daylight...even though I had 2 headlights on that morning...I just no longer ride in the dark...I miss it...

Breakfast is over...need to set up salad an gonna fix hamburgers...something different from chicken...

To nice out not to do a ride...8.5 miles...wind show at 12....but all worth it..45 miles for the week...each week my mileage improves as I get stronger...
