Slowly the scales are showing what I’m seeing in the fitting of the clothes...GOOD FRIDAY MORNING...just finished having breakfast..I was hungry..lol...so fed me..tummy is rejoicing...with all the noise..already did some shoulder movements..

Plan to tide on zwift...or maybe an outside ride...with my healing still..I’m limited to all the jarring from riding..I do miss the 20-30 mile rides...but so happy to be able to get the miles I can get...before my wreck..my mileage goal was 5000 miles this year..that’s both inside an outside...right now I’m at 2003 or somewhere near that...I’m shooting for 3500 by end of the year..

Welp...need to get up..move this body...make a salad..get some water in me...the usual things..lol

Awesome, Mike!!!! My clothes are getting a tad looser, too. Scales keep bouncing up and down. I am just waiting for that "whoosh fairy". Well done on sticking with it.
