My girls and wife prefer chocolate anything. They always ask for their blizzards to have a chocolate base. I get vanilla every time.

and I am going to eat all those calories on Saturday, I am going to a restaurant where you eat a kind of sweet bread with butter and a big bowl of roasted salted peanuts while you wait for your dinner 😁😋😋

Brother, that's awesome. You are allowing many of us enjoy your calories without the side affects. Or is it effects? 🤔 Having some frozen custard later with a Nathan's Frito Dog. I have learned how not to let these treat meals get out of hand. Good job on the calories. 😊

that's where I was gonna aim for but goals have changed with my climb at Xmas. want to stay lean until I'm down the Mt. in the new year I will attempt a bulk, makes me realise my protein intake is through the roof hahahaha. generally I'm at the 2800 cal mark and protein is well over 230g
