Very annoyed 😠 One of my 3 kids ate my Ferrero Rocher and wouldn’t admit it. Started blaming each other. So I ended up stress eating until too full to move. Had cantaloupe, 2 cups of low fat pop corn, an extra taco, and a “fun sized” snickers 😓

You need to learn to hide things better ;) Hope you get a good night's sleep and you wake up without any stress - hard to do with 3 kids I bet :)

Did't know if you have boys or girls or what their ages are but the tampon box in the bathroom cabinet will hide a candy bar from them AND candy thief husbands too. LOL

Thanks Nikeit I wike at 1am and then was able to go bake to sleep after 👍 I feel very groggy though. Bluefront you are an evil genious!!! 😈

Next time think about that : if someone else eats your calories dense food you are saving calories 😁

Lol Keilin as I paced back and forth trying to avoid the cake in the fridge, I kept telling myself that. But then they kept lying and it made me angrier! They eat my snacks all the time. 🤷‍♀️ Kids! But lying about it is what set me off. I was going to take them out to eat and to the movies afterward. Which is why they were all fighting and blaming each other because they really missed out. Worked out better for me in the long run. Wasn’t tempted by movie theater popcorn and I saved at least $50

Next time find a safe place to hide your favorite food from them, as a parent it is ok to do that 😜, I love those popcorns too 🙁, I have been eating air popped popcorn I make them using a Walmart lunch paper bag and the microwave , not the same but still good , or with coconut oil

@CrashtestDawnie - I read your food log before I saw this and wondered "Why did she have just 'one' fun sized Snickers?" Now I see the 'story' behind that. You did WAY better than I would have. When I stress eat, if I don't have a fast' to 'hold me back', I will Tear-The-House-Down in consuming every carb I can find :) So, if this is you are your 'worst' then I think you are going to be just fine. Because people like me, who are not going to change anytime soon, would be unable to exhibit such control.
