Cooler temps...good Sunday morning..59 this morning..furnace has been coming on...just to keep dampness off..

Didn’t ride yesterday on zwift..instead did research to try an see what food I’m eating..that might be causing the inflammation...it...turns out cheese/dairy..processed/pita bread.. so gonna get it outta site..outta mind for several days..see if it matters

Doctors appointment at 1pm tomorrow...not sure what to expect..but figure at least one more month...and I’m about ready for it to be over...it’s all been worth it..I got a lot of my movement back..more then I had at the time of my wreck...just tired of it taking up the time out of the day...

Colder weather...means getting things done outside...wake up call..

Might be a zwift ride today..right now..still trying to wake up...

Our Walmarts have stopped carrying Joseph's pita bread and lavash bread. I had to order it by the case from the Joseph's Bakery website. Let me know how you fair with getting rid of inflammation. Are you still eating the Joseph's or is this another brand?

I was using Joseph’s pita bread along with great value peanut butter..and also having egg sandwiches in the morning with pita bread..

Good idea to see if food is what is causing your inflammation. Glucosamine Chondroitin really helps my dogs knee and her arthritis. It is where she had surgery.

I take Glucosamine and what the other thing that is part of it...figured food might help...been eating aleta pita bread...

Very possible if you are eating lots daily. Cut it back to one a day?
