You-are-on-fire! Ok you and I are doing the same diet. How do you feel? I hope you are taking your electrolytes.

I am started this week. Not the Hi Lyte can't find it local. I found several other water with electrolytes - after looking through ingredients to ensure no hidden sugars etc. bought six different to try.

@Mjgh06 - If you feel fine, ok :) However, I was unable to find a water that could pump the amount of electrolytes into me that eliminated all symptoms when fasting. Ironically drinking a lot of water dilutes the electrolytes. I drink only 20% of the water I used to drink. Keep in mind I run an average of 20-25 miles a week.
