Been off the wagon for a few weeks. Time to get back on the "Eating Right" train. I'm attempting to cut out gluten and dairy completely to see if it cures some of my skin problems. I have been eating mostly bread and dairy for about 3 weeks now and I am constantly itchy and have pimple like spots developing in random places. My Dad had a gluten alergy so I may be developing it also. I'm going to give this a try first before I see the dermatologist. It could be this simple.
