So...I can't seem to be dropping at all!? I think I'm eating way too much and that's my problem. I will try to cut back. *nod* It's really hard for me not to freak out and go down to under 1200 calories a day again.
Although. I took quick measurements of my waist since last week and it seems I lost 2 inches...So why isn't my weight going down? Is it muscle? Is it too much food? Aaargh.
But I have been continuing on Insanity everyday as I had originally promised myself.
