OK, so I went a little overboard at the Chinese buffet last night, but I was REALLY hungry (besides I was out with my kids and we were just laughing and talking). No worries though, this morning I weighed in and still lost almost a pound as well as ran a couple miles .... so the damage has been mitigated. Onward!!
