43..feeis like 37...good wed morn..visit gen doctor today...since I haven had a doctor in 15 years...just nerve sik...apt is for 330pm...

bad nite for sleepin...arm/shoulder could get comfy...one of them every 2 hours up moving around...cufsing self for riding outside that day..

Please don't curse yourself for doing something that is the heartbeat of you sweetie...I love knowing that you have such a passion for it...you can become depressed due to the elimination for awhile of a passion that you have...it will heal Mike and its hard on you now...I hate when Im restricted from an injury... we are very active type of people my friend and we like the type of feeling we get from it....Wish I could make it heal faster for you I definitely would...have the best day possible Mike ;)

Ty maxie...i look at my healing as a slow process...slower..then i want..and yet..eating cleaner...has shown me that their are benefits when it comes to healing..an forgiving myself...is part of the healing as well..all new lessons learned today...less mobement..more time for mind to think...

There isn't really anything to forgive Mike. You weren't to know a cat was going to run in front of your bike. If we all thought like that we would never leave our homes. Accidents happen and when they do you just have to be grateful that the outcome wasn't worse. Glad you found a meditation that helped. I'll have a listen to it later. Hope you'll feel more comfy tonight.

I take naproxen sodium twice a day for chronic pain don't know if you canbut my body appreciates not being in chronic pain.
