Well I managed to get sick & miss a couple of days exercising, bummer! Didn't get my long run in this weekend, and I'm not sure about running intervals tonight. We'll see. Weekend weight gain wasn't too bad, but how nice would it be to NOT have weekend weight gain? My new goal, I think.
