Ate a bit more than I would have liked yesterday, it was going to Chipotle that really did it but I need to stay away from nuts as well, they're so high in calories and fat and they really make me feel bad. The exception is raw almonds but I don't have any right now. Anyway, today I'm going to do better, I'm having figs for breakfast, I need to focus on getting enough nutrients on so few calories.
124.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
