Been almost 2 months now since i've hit my head, concussion is pretty much gone. still 'off' my diet, although i'm limiting my intake somewhat. I've learned a lot by recording everything I eat.
my next plan is to record everything I eat but not show the calory content. I want to do this for about a month. that way I hope I can see if my (newly developed) eating pattern is within the intake limit I've set for myself.
finally allowed back to the gym fulltime, that should definitely help. I was so close to my goal weight. Burning 500 calories more, 3 times a week will hopefully be the nudge I need.
