Yes you can! We both can. I don't know if this is something you can do, but I try to list out what I'm going to eat at the beginning of the day. Sometimes the day before, even. It really helps a lot to stay on track, especially if you're counting points!

Totally - that helps. The weekends are where I have the most difficulty. I think I'll buy a little notebook to tote around with me. I'm not online much over the weekends, we are usually camping or going to family functions = alcohol.. it's rough!
