I have trouble with weekends too. The place I work makes it darn near impossible to stay within my fat/calorie intake. What I try to do is plan ahead. Plan to eat your favorite on-plan dishes on the days when it is hardest to say no to really bad stuff. That way there is little to no feeling of deprivation, then by Monday you're not all frazzled and guilty from the weekend... Okay, I just realized I said almost the exact same thing baileysmom just said...Sorry, I hadn't read it yet! Oh well-- good advice, anyhow! Good luck! =P
