Ok, I let myself slip slightly yesterday, I ate a bit more than planned so I ended up not losing BUT I didn't gain any weight either so it's cool. Today is going to be another heavy calorie restriction day, I'm going to see if I can drop another pound, I'm also hoping to workout but with my room covered in stuff due to packing I'm not sure how that'll go.
