Hovering near my new plateau. I think I will try a week without dairy, just to test how my body reacts. I walked over 20 miles this week and added some weight training, however limited. Even though I have not lost any weight over the last few weeks, I feel GREAT!!! So much energy and inflammation is cut in half. All my pains are from exersize. YEAH

Ya could be adding muscle at the same rate you are losing fat. Also might want to look at your BMR and make sure you are maintaining a cal deficit that supports weight loss. No mater what you are doing great and measuring success in the important places. Keep it up!

Thanks JLente and Jimmiepop, sounds like good advice. Not sure I'm at a cal deficit because I don't measure anything exactly.

you might try noting info from labels and doing at least rough estimates of intake vs. BMR. No need to be obsessive but its more knowledge of what you are doing and knowledge is power in this game IMO.
