I am feeling terrific, but no real weight loss over the last few weeks. Walking almost 4 miles a day, and IF during the week. Full fasting one or two days on the weekends. Focus on weighing salad oil and cheese rather than just eyeballing it.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
