STILL AT A STAND STILL BUT JUST STARTED RIDING MY BIKE TODAY.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 135.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! Extra exercise can help kick up the weight loss. Just don't expect it overnight. It may take a week or so (your muscles need to get used to the exercise and can retain water).
