So for some reason, I just keep eating a ridiculous amount of food. I don't even know or realize it's happening and BOOM! Calories consumed pass my calories used! Argh! I've got to buckle down! I want to lose more weight next week. My goal for next week is to go back under 150!
151.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
