Thanks, sun24spot - it was nice. I went skiing "up north" Friday, ran into a friend I hadn't seen in 15 years. Fun to catch up, and we had nice snow conditions with sunshine. Hard to beat that combo!

I'm heading out west to Mt Bachelor for a week of skiing, snow looks to be good but not much sunshine. I'm worried about staying on plan, will do my best.

Good luck! Have fun! You will be so active that I don't think a few fries will mess you up too badly. Keep some jerky in your pocket, though.

We had a week of great snow but only one sunny day. My companions were aghast watching me eat a double order of scrambled eggs, bacon, and put butter and cream in my coffee every morning . . . then eat just an Atkins bar for lunch. I did well, except for drinking wine and having flourless chocolate cake (twice), gained 2 lbs. Now to take it back off . . .
