I am taking AZO, and all the girls here know what that can do to your keto strips, Sooooo, I have no idea what my keto color is, except bright orange...thanks to azo. But, I did a weigh in and found I loss a little less than a pound, since my last weigh in, very happy. I’ve been watching “That Sugar Film” very informative, and, they didn’t teach this in school, back in the 70’’, but they should! It’s a miracle to have stumbled upon this Keto/Paleo/Caveman plan...I can eat just about anything my local grocery store has, and it’s real food and meat. I love the science behind it and I feel better about my health. Losing pounds and inches is just the “frosting on the cake”🎂
