Went to the gym yesterday.. did my long circuit twice legg press and calves I did 3 times at 320 and started trying to do 3 shoulder pressed at 50 then knocking back to 20 I swear there isn't much of a difference between the two weights. I also moved up leg abductions up to 150 at 20 reps and felt the burn.. I don't hurt today though.

Last night I had energy and was able to sit outside for awhile. Cleaned my car and then went and washed the mats and the outside off. Before just cleaning out my car would have been an I'm done type exercise lol.
