Bread is one drop of amylase away from sugar. All starches are one drop of amylase away from sugar. Trade that sugar in for a tablespoon of real mayo and some chopped up onion, pickle, and avocado.

The bread we eat is not healthy and I believe it’s not filling either

I know, because it still has flour. But I'm trying to do it little by little. Changed the white bread for whole wheat. :)

Or eat the tuna mixed into a salad with ranch. Or on cucumber or zucchini slices, or pickle slices. LOL There are lots of alternatives to bread if you don’t want to eat it. 🤷🏻♀️If you do, it is quick energy, and may increase your cravings making it harder to avoid the sugary foods you don’t want to eat.🙋🏻
