Moving and pumping every day now...My calves are SO sore. I hope they get used to Insanity soon.

On weight...I'm not moving much, but I'm also eating a lot. Insanity tells me to eat 1800 cals a day, but...Even while on it, I'm only losing like 2300 cals a day...maybe I'll drop down to at nice 1500 calories of consumption a day...We'll see. My friend says the first week or so of starting a new exercise you gain a bit before you start dropping because you're body is adjusting. I think I'll give it until the end of the week.

Of course...I'm also eating out a lot all of a sudden. Today is eating leftovers. Tomorrow is eating at home! >_<
151.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
