Did Chest/Back/Ab Ripper this morning. Pooped from Fl trip (returned last night around 11pm) - but was able to work through workout. Today has been the errand day. Plus I found out that I'm getting bi-focals at just shy of age 43. Tisk Tisk...but seeing is believing and I look forward to seeing. Weighed in this morning and was at 204 after nearly 24 fl oz water and worked out. Pretty good considering I was on vacation last week. Stayed true to the workouts...yesterday was my cheat day - my husband said every 3 months I'm allowed one. LOL. He was just kidding of course...ubpm
