i swear everything is so ugh...

should i keep my diet going strong so i can lost the weight as fast as possible so i can eat normally (but maintain my lower weight) sooner?

or should i kinda eat a little more every day so i still lose but not as fast?

Studies have shown the slow way, 1-2 pounds per week are more maintainable and less likely to pack back on. Why don't you just subtract 500-1000 calories from what you normally eat (depending on what you normally eat).
