Well I did good all day until tonight, I may make Friday's my free day. I've done the free day concept before and it's worked well for me. I ate fine all day, but by Friday night I'm so tired and don't feel like cooking at all. Had a steak taco salad which would have been fine if I hadn't of eaten all the chips and guacamole I did. I'm going to weigh myself in the morning for the challange and it'll probably show I've gained rather than lost.

I'll do better tomorrow!

Not too bad.... however I suggest weighing in another time, unless you are in the Race and need a weigh in! lol I HIGHLY recommend drinking a TON of water and flushing out the salt you consumed tonight and you'll probably be just fine in a couple of days. ;) lol

Bully is right, the salt might hurt your weight more than the chips themselves. Water will help.

great attitude! tomorrow is another day, no worries, the real problem is when you let that one pound get to you and give up. good luck tomorrow! if a pound had been gained don't let it discourage you!you can do it! =)

Today is a new day. And I think every once in a while it can be good to maybe eat something that is not as SBD friendly...if it's not too much. This can change your caloric intake (and as long as it's not too radical) will help prevent your metabolism from stabilizing and you will burn more calories. There is some diet centered around that...not sure what it is. Anyway, hang in there! The blue bugattis need you! Have a great day!
