Up another pound...I don't get it. I will look at my food diary overall. I have a sneeking suspicion it is becasue my protein levels are too high for me again. This is getting pretty discouraging watching everyone else lose while I just hover.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your protein looks good. Your carbs need to be a little higher though. 15-20 total at least. That way you get fiber. Also, everyone's different, but I tend not to lose unless my calories are right around 2000. Sometimes I even gain if they are lower than that. If your body isn't getting enough it will cling to every ounce of weight you've got. Good luck!

Msamy, your food calculations look very good to me. The only thing I have seen that are common to cause stalls and/or gains would be the cheese, sausage, and carb smart bars. This could just be a residual thing due to the carb smart bars, but you could try taking out the cheese and sausages. Another thing, you could also think about moving up to OWL. I know it's not something we want to think about until we lose the majority of our weight, but those that have state they were able to start losing again. This might be just what you need right now.

Thanks ladies. I currently go by total carbs and try to leave some room for those hidden carbs so that's why they are low, but maybe I should move forward with 5 more carbs (now what to add to my diet...nuts are out for sure). The sausages over the last 2 days are not the norm for me at breakfast-just had left overs and don't even really like them, so it will be back to bacon tomorrow LOL. I did cut out the carb smart bars yesterday, so no more of those..cheese reamins to be a different story. I am French Canadian-I think part of my blood is made with cheese LOL...something to work on :)

I also decided to track my sodium to see if I am getting too much as I am pretty bloated in the mornings too...for today and tomorrow looks like 1600-1700 range...does that seem ok? I am going to weigh myself tonight instead to compare to what the scale said this morning becasue my rings are sooooo much looser at night so I must not retain trhe water all day...

ok...a surprise TOM is the culprit here! I guess that is more of a relief than thinking I was gaining weight!
