Haven't been able to work out much this week. Too cold and rainy! Hopeto get outside this weekend. Haven't weighted yet this week...scared.

Consider the scale as a way of monitoring your progress...not as a tool to determine your mood. If you feel good and sticking to your diet, you should be ok overall. Find a way to exercise inside...it doesn't have to be strenuous just find a way to move.

I hear ya on the weather and not exersizing. It is below zero here for the past week. This morning it was 30 below with wind chill factor. Go ahead and weigh yourself it might motivate you to move more. I have been doing exersize to TV and try to go up and down my stairs as much as possible.

Ooo brrrrr on Dooley's weather. 18 degress here today. I rebounded and then hit the gym to walk/run on the treadmill.
