ok the goal today is to stay under 3g of sodium. I've been averaging 4g and above. doctors orders were to stay under 3g because of blood pressure, but to stay above 2500. last year they put me on a cardiac diet because of blood pressure and my sodium bottom out horribly. in the e.r. 2 bags of electrolytes and 6 hours later I was on a normal diet, with my doc pushing salt. So a few months ago hes telling me to stay under 3g. So I need to try that and see what happens lol. hoping that weight loss will help.
