Well, lost 2 pounds last week, got it back today...sigh. It's not TOM and I did not cheat although I think I need to cut out the carbsmart ice cream bar :( it is the only thing new besides the almond meal that I used as breading but that was only 1/8 cup spread out over 2 meals. I know weekends are the toughest days for me even though I still stick to the carbs-maybe becasue I like to RELAX instead of go 100 MPH like I do at work LOL
184.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I will almost guarantee you it's the carbsmart ice cream. Not only does it have hidden carbs, it is full of sugar alcohols that can cause stalls and/or gains. But I hear ya on the weekend schedules. It's hard for me to fit in all my required eating during this time and end up on the low end on my calories. This has been a big issue in slowing my losses. Well, cut out the ice cream and up your water. Those 2 lbs will be gone before you know it.
