So I had a great time at the party. I made bacon wrapped chicken nuggets and bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. Both were delicious.
Sadly, I cheated big time. I haven't had carbs since January 2nd, but last night I had caramel filled brownies, wine coolers, and jello shots. Not to mention the strawberries and bananas. But I'm not beating myself up or feeling guilty. I have been so good for months that I deserved a little bit of sin (if you will). And I had a great time. We played silly games, talked about things decent people don't discuss in public and overall just had fun.
Today I begin again. No carbs, only water, get myself into the size and shape I want to be. I know it's hard, but I also know I can do it. I'm stronger than I ever realized. And I'm happy.
