March Madness.... Good morning everyone just a check in on my progress to my goals for March... I'm finally drinking more and more water daily instead of other liquids and as I was posting to Wannabe this morning its with the exception of my coffee lol. The ankle is doing so much better Ive been brace free for 2 days and the swelling has disappeared totally... also Ive been working with it to strengthen it. I had worked in the restorative nursing department here for some 20 years...the benefit to that is you work closely with the in house therapy department so you learn tons on injuries and how to promote healing and to strengthen an injury. I'm getting outdoors as much as possible and that can create less intake due to I'm jusy busy and not thinking of food so that's a positive;) plus I love the warm weather for the reason alone lol.... I'm contemplating on getting into some serious type of exercise now and see how the ankle will tolerate it.. Ive really been wanting to begin Zumba again...I love it.. I have the dvd set so I'm able to do it in the downstairs family room...plus we have a large screen down there so I feel like I'm doing it with the group without stepping on someone ha ha... Well I'm at work so need to get into my work..so looking forward to going home at 2p and getting into some yardwork...57 and sunny today... flurries tomorrow :/ A shout out to Murph.. Mike and the lovely Momma6442 too... what is it with me and having mentors the letter that begins with M....well with the exception of my wonderful adopted sis of mine ...Patty ... Good Morning to you all... I want to hear about your March Madness goals and how they are working for you so far ...Ive seen tons of inspirational stories yesterday...be an inspiring supporter here on FS all my family and friends..show your love and make another persons day a special one.. and its March Madness.... so MOVE IT..MOVE IT..MOVE IT...all the goalies are you doing that?
