I really enjoyed swimming yesterday
Maybe 1 day weights
1 day weights

I ain’t trying to get toned anyways.... I have not figured out what I want from the gym yet, the only thing I know I want is fat loss, fat loss is what I want. But then again YOU DO NOT NEED THE GYM FOR FAT LOSS

Oh yes I want my skin to get as tight as it can get. But I’m sure swimming 🏊‍♀️ helps with that too 😏
