Okay so yesterday I totally went off the tracks with my diet. I don't know if I was a little discouraged because I was up a little bit or what. But I just threw in the towel and now I am feeling completely guilt ridden...sigh.
So....I'm at work today, which I always seem to do better diet wise when I am not around the house all day. And today is a new day and I am jumping right back on that horse so to speak.
Hope everyone did better than me yesterday.

Losing weight (dieting) is a learning process for most of us. We all have our weaknesses and until we can overcome them, the more likely we will give in to them. Sometimes we aren't even aware of what those are. We think they are just cravings for something we shouldn't be eating. But most of the time they are deeply rooted inside of us and we aren't sure where. Hopefully during our weight loss journey most of us will find what these stem from and overcome them. Best of luck. Hang in there! You can do it. Your journal stated that you had a pickle. Lots of sodium in one of those guys... Drink your water! You CAN do it! Have a great day! And take one day at a time... :)

I went off my food plan yesterday. too. Must have been something in the water... I decided I wasn't going to beat myself up and I am going to work to make sure it doesn't happen again. Don't be too hard on yourself. It's over. Just put it behind you, try to understand why it happened so you won't repeat it and move forward and downward. Andrea
