Hello All,
Today is my first day and I need lots of help! I'm just getting the hang of how this all works. I'm pretty much doing my own diet. I know what to do, it's just DOING IT, that's the hard part. I went to Whole Foods and got lots of fruits and veggies and I've got some easy good recipes. I'm not going all hard core here, just eat less and move more! I do need to lose about 50 pounds as my doctor just put me on high blood pressue medicine and says I can go off it if I lose 50 pounds, so that's the goal. I did go to the gym today and walked uphill for 30 minutes and then did some weights. Although my husband does want to go out for Mexican food tonight... Let me know who needs a buddy, I'm here for you! Lydia
