It's been awhile since my last journal entry. I thought I documented my weight on the 23rd after my nutritionist appointment but must not have saved it. I'm slowly getting there. I think my husband is jealous because of my weight lose but once spring actually gets here his weight will fall off, why does it seem like guys lose weight faster then women? But he always gains it back in the winter. I have 7 pounds to go to hit my first goal and then I will see what my next goal will be. My BMI is 26.1 and I really want to reach 25 or under.
