Day 135 - Another day at home. Another reason being home sucks- I weigh myself everyday (I only record when I have a loss) and there has not been much change.

Got my run in on the treadmill last night, was able to do 10mins without stopping and then a 3 min fast walk before running some more. Still staying the same on my 5K times, but I can see I will be able to shave it soon. Once I get above 15 mins of running non-stop I think I will be to run the whole thing? Also learned about shirts and sore nipples! LOL. It was the first time I worn that shirt an Under Armor shirt I picked up on closeout for $7, but I guess it has some cotton in it. Won't be running in that shirt anymore...... Little strange, my right side kind of went numb last night while running, but was not to bad that I felt I needed to do something about it. I read up on it and it seems to be a common problem. I will see how things go on Tues before looking deeper into it. I did check my BP afterwards and it was 125/78, low for me. Got to get my yearly bloodwork done in the next few weeks.

Your blood work results may tell you where to adjust your planning.

I think 15 minutes was where I told myself I could run it all. At that point, I decided to knock it down in speed for a few minutes as a semi recovery period and then back up to my regular speed for the rest. That seemed to work for my transition. Keep up the good work!
