Day 136- Woke up this morning feeling FAT! Just felt bloated, but I think this was also lead by weighing myself with no loss. I am back out on the road and already feel better. I have noticed I move a lot more when out. I stop and walk here and there and after checking into my hotel I find a place to walk before dinner. Tonight I went and caught a Philly Union game outside of DC. I just got back to my hotel and the fitness room is closed for the night. I wanted to get 30mins in on the treadmill or bike..... I guess I will get up early and see what I can do.
I wore a pair of jeans I picked up last week for a few bucks, they are a size 32 waist, down 4 sizes from where I started, but they are tight! I feel so much better in them and I know I look better. Another customer made a comment today about how much I have lost. It was someone I would never expect it from.
So to sum up the day, started feeling like crap, ended feeling good, but no workout..... still working for a loss this week.
