Day 136- Woke up this morning feeling FAT! Just felt bloated, but I think this was also lead by weighing myself with no loss. I am back out on the road and already feel better. I have noticed I move a lot more when out. I stop and walk here and there and after checking into my hotel I find a place to walk before dinner. Tonight I went and caught a Philly Union game outside of DC. I just got back to my hotel and the fitness room is closed for the night. I wanted to get 30mins in on the treadmill or bike..... I guess I will get up early and see what I can do.

I wore a pair of jeans I picked up last week for a few bucks, they are a size 32 waist, down 4 sizes from where I started, but they are tight! I feel so much better in them and I know I look better. Another customer made a comment today about how much I have lost. It was someone I would never expect it from.

So to sum up the day, started feeling like crap, ended feeling good, but no workout..... still working for a loss this week.

I hate those days when you just feel so fat and bloated.. tough to eat well during the day. Glad you felt better as the day went on! Keep it up!

Yeah for the new jeans and the complements. Am sure the bloated feeling will pass quickly.

I felt like that on Monday, no fun. This week though you'll make good choices and by the weekend hopefully you'll feel better. I'm sure you'll see a loss soon.
