so im trtying really hard to reach my goal!! i get down then im up.. but since last week im changing my diet more and trying to follow a diet.. things are changing alot so its sometimes kinda difficult Following a diet but i am trying my best.. so i gain and i loose and then i gain again, my weight does flactuate but i will not give up in reaching my goal!! =)

Keep trying to make healthy changes and make those healthy habits stick, then you can get away from thinking of it as being "on a diet" - that's the ticket!! :) You can do it!
