3 years ago I started my weight loss journey and was 59kgs after travelling in Europe for a year I gained 10 kgs. I fell pregnant and gained a total of 22KGs in 9 months. After my beautiful daughter was born it took me 9 months to loose all that weight and I now weigh 68KGS. After she was born I did not do anything at all to loose the weight so I guess nature just ran its course or it is the breastfeeding. I do wish I worked out or went on a diet but I am back now and determined to weigh 55KGs. I do not want to be skinny I want to be FIT! Starting with Kayla Itsines today and I am so excited :)

so im trtying really hard to reach my goal!! i get down then im up.. but since last week im changing my diet more and trying to follow a diet.. things are changing alot so its sometimes kinda difficult Following a diet but i am trying my best.. so i gain and i loose and then i gain again, my weight does flactuate but i will not give up in reaching my goal!! =)

So i was on vacation for two weeks and busy getting all things ready to travel, so i havent been logging anything ,but i will strat logging again. i have obviously gained omw! but thtas what happens. but today i will get back on track!cant wait
