help!!!
Hi guys so I am now 60.5kg, i was 73kg and it took me 3 months to get where i am now. i lost weight very quickly and now its taking forever. i just want to be at my goal before end of may and who knowes. maybe i will set myself a new goal when i reach it. what do you guys do to loose that extra belly fat?? i do walk and jog depending how i feel that day 4-5 times a week 6 km, i try to drink 2 litres of water a day and recently started drinking green tea as well.i would really appreciate your insight.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i weigh myself every second day, but my weigh inn i would normally record and put on my weigh in wall at home would be on a thursday
