I just joined this site two days ago. I've been working on improving my lifestyle in order to make a lifelong change in my health and habits. I joined Best Life website last June and was doing great for a while. I had a rough time at the end of 2009 and yo-yo'ed a lot, mostly my fault. I did a lot of emotional eating so I can only blame myself. I really enjoyed using Best Life and I learned a lot there. As of January 1st, I committed myself to stay on task and stop self-sabotaging! I've been doing well so far, and lost about 10 pounds! I started using Fat Secret because I just got a Droid and there's an app for this website. Now, I absolutely LOVE this site! It's so user friendly and convenient! I have done the switch over to here and intend to stay on board and achieve my PERMANENT goals right here! I still like the Best Life website, but you have to pay membership there and they lack the convenience of being able to use my phone to track my meals. I have a super hectic job and life, therefore any little shortcut I can take in order to stay on track, is worth gold! I made some wonderful friends on the Best Life website, and I am certainly going to miss them when my membership runs out. They really played a major role and keeping me accountable and hopeful. I hope that they will either join here also or that I can stay in touch via Facebook or something. This online support system is phenomenal!
