That evening when you've had the crappiest of days and overindulge in red wine and eat pizza & wings. I suppose one night isn't going to blow it, but my gut isn't happy. I'll get back on track tomorrow. Sometimes life just requires a bit of wine to survive the chaos. Hope everyone else had a better Friday and has a lovely weekend.
