Couple more pounds and I will be in the 170's! Yeee Haaa! Working so hard at the gym with just cardio. One more week and weight training starts. Then I will probably see a big change in my body. Can't believe I lost over 10 lbs in only 4 weeks. Just goes to prove that counting calories really does work. Keep on working everyone. Have a great night!!
