My update on carb cycling. So I have tried carb cycling for a week and... it seems to work. I have much more energy so I managed 4 hours of exercise last week. I have also incorporated one fast day so far. I have coupled this with IF, increased my water and Vit C intake as well. I have also increased my calorie intake slightly so that I don't overwork at gym and see no weight loss. I have managed to lose another 2cm this week and half a kg since I started last week, even with a little cheating. Hope this helps anyone else looking to help push through the plateau....
