Chicken Salad Sandwich filling: 1 can (Costco) Kirkland chicken drained, finely chopped veggies: 1/4 medium onion, 2 stalks celery, 1 medium sweet red pepper, 1 level tbsp green relish, 1/2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, salt & pepper to taste. You end up with ~ 3 1/2 cups (1/4 heaping cup per toast). Yummy.
